Kristina Logsdon, Racial Justice Campaign Coordinator

Kristina LogsdonKristina Logsdon is a second generation Japanese American and West Virginia native. The two hardly go hand in hand, and she credits this upbringing to her awareness and passion for racial and social justice issues. Channeling her frustration, Kristina developed her organizing skills working with the environmental health non-profit, Washington Toxics Coalition, as a field organizer for five years. While working to pass state legislation, she became acutely aware of the inequities between communities and the officials elected to represent them. As the Racial Justice Campaign and Training Coordinator with Progressive Majority she recruits, trains, and elects progressive candidates of color running for public office.

Kristina joined the Progressive Majority team in May of 2006.
